A little over a year ago, the health crisis changed sales conditions radically. It was against this backdrop that, in May 2020, TV France International launched the Screens format, a unique digital market offer based on the Screenopsis Screening Room.
In a year that saw the majority of events move online, TV France offered buyers nine Screens dedicated to different genres, with a varied choice of programs reflecting different themes. In temporary editorialized, themed and targeted virtual spaces, buyers discovered a large number of programs according to their interests.
From May to July 2020, three Screens took place: Screenkids, for young viewers; ScreenFilms, which included feature and made-for-TV films; and ScreenArts, dedicated to artistic documentaries and filmed live shows.
At the end of 2020, in November and December, another three Screens were held: ScreenAnim, for children and adults; Screen Planet for content about our planet, its animals and major society topics; and ScreenSeries, which was dedicated to series in all genres.
From February to June 2021, the last three Screens held were Screen@Home featuring programs to enrich the mind, and on topics like travel and cooking; ScreenHistory dedicated to historical documentaries; and ScreenFeelGood for cheerful family-friendly viewing in all genres.
Buyers: please don’t hesitate to let us know what you want to see by clicking here! To ensure we really meet your needs, we created a questionnaire to discover the themes you’d like to see spotlighted by future Screens. This questionnaire has already resulted in two new Screens: Screen History, which finished in June 2021, and Screen Science, set to take place in September 2021.
Screen Format will be take place from June 14 to July 14, so watch this space for further information!
